Emily Luxton, a blogger I have followed for some time now, posted this month about a travel photo competition she  is judging.

And while I am admittedly not a photographer, I have seen a fair deal of interesting things and places.  I try to capture them as best I can and occasionally a few pictures turn out better than I expected.  I’ll attribute that more toward the scenery though.

The Four Corners Competition is divided into 4 categories.  I’ve provided the pictures pictures I’ve submitted here with links to the competition page categories.  Be sure to check out some of the other entries as well.

Nothing that notable to say yet. I’m a native Michigander with a passion for human culture and new places, and more than that, new experiences. I have degrees in writing and anthropology and have no idea what I want to do with them. For now, I’m content with an unbound lifestyle; going where I want and doing what I can, and hopefully gaining some interesting stories along the way.
